Hard Lessons are among the leading names in the new wave of Danish hardcore. Blending the groove and aggression of classic NYHC with the heaviness and urgency of modern hardcore, the band has built a reputation for intense live shows, uncompromising energy, and a no-nonsense approach both on and off the stage.

Following their debut full-length This Ain’t No Game (2025), Hard Lessons return in 2026 with their new EP Influx Of Betrayal, released through KingSide Records. Featuring six tracks and six guest appearances from artists across the European and American hardcore scenes, the EP marks the band’s most ambitious release to date.

Despite their relatively short history, Hard Lessons have already shared stages with legendary acts including Agnostic Front (US), Merauder (US), Ignite (US), Pro-Pain (US), Risk It! (DE) and Filth (US) and many more, while also appearing at major festivals such as Copenhell, Aalborg Metal Festival and Pitfest.

Known for chaotic, high-energy performances where stagedives, singalongs and moshpits collide, Hard Lessons embody the spirit of hardcore: honest, aggressive and rooted in community.

In 2026, the band continues to expand its reach across Europe with international touring, a run alongside Merauder, and a growing presence within the global hardcore community. With KingSide Records now backing the band, Hard Lessons are taking another major step forward while staying true to the ethos that got them here in the first place.
