Formed in 1995, The Landmine Spring are one of the long-running bands of the Czech underground punk and post-hardcore scene from Czexico.
During their early years, the band became part of the international DIY and hardcore circuit, touring extensively across Europe and sharing stages with some of the most influential American bands of the era – including Fugazi, Leatherface, Bad Religion, Avail, Snapcase, Boysetsfire, The Get Up Kids, Sense Field and many others.
Their music combines the intensity of post-hardcore with the emotional edge of punk, emo and post-punk, creating a sound that has always been rooted in the DIY spirit rather than following trends.
After years away from the stage, The Landmine Spring returned in 2024 with a reunion show at Prague’s legendary 007 Club. The reunion marked the beginning of a new chapter for a band whose history is closely connected to the European underground scene of the 1990s and 2000s
